Our returns and Exchanges are simply Black and white.
All discrepancies are to be bought to our attention within 7 days of receiving the goods.
If there are any manufacturing defects, due to faulty workmanship (doubtful as we ensure complete QC in all stages before shipment) you will be given a 100% refund and or replacement, provided we receive the same  in factory shipment status, with  our label and clothing in original state.
If however you decide to request a exchange for any reason apart from factory defect, we would like to receive and evaluate the same before offering you a store Voucher to be used for any purchase.
